Information you provide directly

• Quote requests: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, country, city, delivery address, postal code, requested delivery date, project notes, and the packaging products and specifications you've configured (product, size, material, printing, finish, closure, and quantity, as applicable).
• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name, and the message you send us.
• Artwork and design files you choose to upload with a quote request.

Information collected automatically

Our quote cart uses your browser's local storage to remember the packaging you've configured between visits on the same device and browser. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you submit a quote request. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your quote requests and prepare accurate pricing;
• communicate with you about your order, project, or inquiry;
• process and produce packaging orders you've approved;
• respond to messages submitted through our contact form; and
• maintain records of quote requests and their status for our own business purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Quote Cart Data

The packaging configurations you add to your quote cart are stored only in your own browser's local storage. This data is private to your device and browser, is never visible to other visitors, and is not sent to our servers unless and until you submit a quote request. Clearing your browser's site data will clear your quote cart.

Artwork & Uploaded Files

Artwork or design files you upload with a quote request (up to 5 files, 25MB each) are used solely to process your quote and, where an order proceeds, to produce your packaging. These files are not published, made publicly accessible, or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (for example, with a production partner working on your job).

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: your consent (by submitting a quote request or contact form), the necessity of processing to take steps toward a contract at your request (preparing and fulfilling a quote), and our legitimate business interest in responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate business records.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate this website, process quote submissions, or store files (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), bound by confidentiality obligations;

We retain quote request and contact form information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfill an order, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records. If you would like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below and we will respond to your request as required by applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit, including validating and processing quote and contact submissions server-side and restricting access to uploaded files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
