Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This policy explains how order changes, defects, and cancellations are handled for custom packaging produced by Arij Khan LLC. Because every order is manufactured to a customer's own specifications, this policy works differently from a standard retail return policy.

How Orders Work

Arij Khan LLC does not sell fixed, pre-manufactured products. Every order starts as a quote request: you configure a packaging product (size, material, printing, finish, and quantity), add it to your quote cart, and submit your requirements through our website. No packaging is produced, and no payment is collected, until your team and ours have agreed on final specifications, quantity, and pricing.

Because of this, the standard concept of a "return" does not apply the way it would for an off-the-shelf product. This policy covers what happens before, during, and after production for the custom orders we do produce.

Quote & Approval Stage

After you submit a quote request, our team reviews your configuration and requirements and follows up with pricing, lead time, and any clarifying questions. At this stage:

  • Nothing has been ordered or charged — a quote request is not a binding order.
  • You are free to request changes to size, material, printing, finish, quantity, or artwork before approving the order.
  • Production begins only after you confirm the final specifications and any required payment terms with our team.

Once Production Begins

Custom packaging is manufactured specifically to your approved specifications — dimensions, board or material type, print design, color count, finish, and closure are all set before manufacturing starts. Once production has begun:

  • Orders generally cannot be cancelled, as materials have been cut, printed, or converted specifically for your job.
  • Changes to specifications are not possible without restarting production, which may involve additional cost and lead time.
  • Refunds are not available for correctly produced packaging that matches the specifications you approved, simply because requirements have changed after the fact.

Defects & Production Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or does not match the specifications you approved (incorrect dimensions, wrong material, missing or incorrect printing, etc.), we want to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your quote reference number,
  • Clear photos showing the issue, and
  • A description of how the received packaging differs from what was approved.

Our team will review the claim against your approved specifications and proof, and determine the appropriate resolution — which may include a reprint, partial credit toward a future order, or another remedy suited to the situation. Cosmetic variation that falls within normal manufacturing tolerance (see below) is not treated as a defect.

Quantity Tolerance

Custom print and packaging production commonly runs a small overage or underage relative to the ordered quantity, due to the nature of die-cutting, printing, and finishing processes. Any quantity tolerance that applies to your order will be confirmed with you in writing as part of your quote approval, before production begins.

Cancellations & Changes

Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted before production begins. Reach out through our contact page or by email as early as possible, referencing your quote number. If a cancellation request is received after materials have been ordered or production has started, any costs already incurred for materials or labor up to that point may not be refundable.

Artwork Responsibility

When you upload artwork or design files with your quote request, our team prints and produces packaging based on the files and specifications you provide and approve. We are not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied artwork and approved prior to production (for example, typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect color profiles). We recommend reviewing any proof carefully before giving final approval.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your quote reference number and any available shipping documentation or photos of damaged packaging. We will work with you and, where applicable, the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Resolution

For any of the situations above, contact us at support@arijkhan.site with your quote reference number and a description of the issue. If your request involves artwork or photo evidence, you can attach files directly to your email — please keep individual files under 25MB, consistent with the 5-file upload limit used on our quote request form.
